Hello everyone, I'm
as indicated by the title of my blog, a hotel in the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur in a small town waterfront; manager of an establishment of fifteen rooms, dating back over a hundred years.
I started more or less in the trade because I do not have another 25 years, although I work in hospitality for over five years and in management for about three years.
I will use this blog to tell a little about what goes on in my hotel, what are the goals that I try to achieve, and what are the problems I found on my trip as I can manage and you be joining the discussion through the comments.
