Objectives in the short term

Here are my goals in the short term (two years):

• Increase annual turnover of 10% with half-board (that did not exist before we resume the hotel)
• Doing the work necessary to be consistent with the new fire safety standards set for August 2011
• redo the rooms one by one in order to raise the room rates during the summer, and to keep our star rating for the next hotel, which comes into force next year.
• get in touch and retain 10 company working on roads near
• regularize the situation with my employees

This list is not exhaustive and of course I'm sure others will come short of goal road.
In any case, I will keep to those above for the next two years to come, hoping to come to the end.
